Cook Smart, Eat Smart: 4-week Healthier Eating Series Are you looking for a short series to teach you how to plan and prepare more balanced, healthier meals? Join us for this 4-week cooking and balanced eating series. All recipes are heart-healthy and safe for those looking to better manage conditions such as diabetes and hypertension through better nutritional choices. Learn knife skills, meal preparation, meal planning, smart shopping on a budget, and much more! This series will meet on Monday nights at the Johnston Ag Center for 4 weeks, beginning March 9th and concluding March 30th. Each session will be held from 5:30p-7:30p.
