Join us for “Cook Smart, Eat Smart”
A 4-week series that will teach you the essentials for getting nutritious food on the table quickly for balanced, delicious meals!
Registration included all four sessions of this series and a copy of the “Cook Smart Eat Smart” Recipe Magazine. Each session you’ll participate in meal preparation and enjoy the fruits of your labor!
This series is a collaboration between NC Cooperative Extension and White Memorial Presbyterian Church and will be held at White Memorial Presbyterian Church,1459 White Memorial Church Rd, Willow Spring, NC on these dates:
